Our full potential

Sometimes, when we are hurting we think that we are the worst or godforsaken people because we are human. We get so engulfed in our pain that we do not see beyond it. Sometimes God sends a message to us during this periods of pain and brokenness. Sometimes it is needed for us to break, just like a glow stick that can only completely glow and illuminate light when it is broken, because only after we are broken do we realize our full potential. God says "I had to break you so that I show you why I created you." Sometimes God choose you to go through all that pain and darkness because stars can only shine when it is dark.
